1. Agreement
By accessing TrimSnap Atelier, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and promptly update changes.
3. Course access
Upon purchase, you receive long-term access to course materials for the life of the product. We may update content or replace equivalent modules without additional charge.
4. Payments and refunds
Fees are due at purchase. Refunds may be requested within 7 days if under 20% of content was consumed. Workshops may be rescheduled up to 7 days before start. Bank or processor fees are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not share account credentials or redistribute course materials. Do not attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with the service.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by TrimSnap Atelier or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or organizational training under your license.
7. Disclaimers
Courses provide general guidance. Construction conditions vary; you remain responsible for compliance with codes, manufacturer instructions, and safety on site. We do not guarantee specific project outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimSnap Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
